When we create intuitivily it is a free, spontaneous and evolving process, with no end result in mind.
Rather we are guided by intuition, our higher selves, channeling the Colours, Energies and Images, and just allowing them to appear in our artwork ...

This session will be inspired by the energies of fire, and what that represents to you:

Guided lower chakra meditations focusing on the Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root Chakras

Grounding and energizing activities,to awaken creative flow and enter the relaxed theta state and techniques for creating images intuitively

Connection, with each other, with nature and with your own creativity and inner voice

Creative time playing and expressing on an A3 peice using paint pencil, ink, collage, acrylic, hands brushes - anything goes!!

Oracle Cards as inspiration and guidance

No previous art experience required, just a willingness to join in and get creative!!
